Frequently asked questions
Are BeBloom results real predictions?
No. They are imaginative AI images for entertainment only and do not represent a real baby, genetic outcome, parentage, identity, or medical conclusion.
Why are two photos needed?
The photos act as visual references for the requested AI generation. Only use photos you have the right and necessary consent to use.
Why did generation fail?
Use two clear face photos, check the network, confirm sufficient Buds, and try again. Avoid obstructed, very dark, or unsupported images.
How do I save or share a preview?
Open the result and select Save or a share-card layout. Allow photo-library access when prompted. Shared cards should keep the entertainment disclaimer.
Can I change a result?
Use Remix to select another style, age, or scene and generate again from the same references.
How are Bud purchases handled?
Purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. Billing and refund requests are handled through Apple. Consumable Buds may not be restorable.
How do I delete local data?
Use the delete-account or clear-history control in Settings. This clears the local session, Bud balance, history, cached images, and local face data. Delete saved results separately from Photos.
Can I upload another person’s photo?
Only if you have the right to use it and all required consent. Take special care with photos involving minors.
