Important: BeBloom uses two photos you choose to create an imaginative AI image. Results are entertainment-only and are not medical, genetic, parentage, family-planning, identity-verification, or biometric-identification results.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the BeBloom iOS app, this website, and related support. “YOKA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YOKA TECH LIMITED as the website operator and product company. Apple and third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
2. Information we may process
- Local session information: a randomly generated local identifier used for quick session status, Bud balance, settings, and local history.
- Selected photos: the two reference photos you choose for a generation request.
- Generation choices: selected style, age range, scene, headline, share-card layout, and remix settings.
- Generated content: AI previews, share cards, recorded voice captions, and local history entries.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction status, Bud balance, and restore results. Apple processes payment credentials; we do not receive full card or bank details.
- Technical information: app or device identifiers, app and iOS version, language, crash, performance, network, and diagnostic events.
- Website logs: hosting providers may receive IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events.
3. Face data and photo processing
Purpose
Face-related visual information in selected photos is processed only to create the AI preview you request. BeBloom does not use photos for real-name recognition, surveillance, identity verification, advertising profiles based on facial features, or biometric identity determination.
Upload and processing
When you tap Generate, the selected photos and generation choices may be transmitted securely to an AI image-processing provider. The provider processes them to return the requested output. Do not submit a photo until you are comfortable with this transfer.
Consent and photo rights
You must have the right to use every submitted photo and obtain any consent required from each person shown. Exercise particular care with images of minors. Do not upload intimate, illegal, misleading, or unauthorized images.
Retention
Local history and cached images remain under your in-app and device controls. Third-party AI processing retention depends on the configured service and applicable provider terms. We seek to limit provider processing to what is needed for the request and do not authorize use of submitted photos for identity verification.
4. How information is used
- Create, display, remix, save, and share entertainment-only AI previews.
- Maintain local session state, Bud balance, settings, captions, and history.
- Process and restore eligible in-app purchases.
- Provide support, troubleshoot failures, secure the app, and improve reliability.
- Comply with applicable law, platform rules, and safety requirements.
- Measure product or marketing performance where permitted and appropriately disclosed.
5. Third-party services and disclosure
- AI image-processing services receive selected photos and generation parameters when you request a preview.
- Apple StoreKit handles in-app purchases, transactions, restores, and refund-related flows.
- Apple and iOS services may handle photo-library access, saving, sharing, and device permissions.
- Hosting, diagnostics, and security providers may process limited technical information to operate the website or app.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a corporate transaction, or at your direction when you save or share a result. We do not sell the photos you submit.
6. Device permissions
- Photos: select reference images and save generated previews or share cards.
- Camera, if offered: capture a new reference image.
- Microphone: record an optional voice caption.
- Notifications, if offered: deliver product-related alerts you enable.
- Network: submit generation requests and receive outputs.
You may deny or change optional permissions in iOS Settings. The related feature may be unavailable without permission.
7. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current App Store privacy label indicates that identifiers may be used to track activity across apps and websites owned by other companies; identifiers may be linked to you; and user content and diagnostics may be collected without being linked to your identity. Actual handling may vary by version, configuration, location, and features used.
Where Apple or applicable law requires tracking permission, the app should request it through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You may deny or later change that choice in iOS Settings without losing the core generation flow.
8. Storage, deletion, and retention
Quick-session information, Bud balance, preview history, cached images, and local face-related data are primarily maintained on your device. The Settings page may provide controls to clear history or delete local account data. Images saved to Photos must be deleted separately in the Photos app.
Service and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for operations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, and accounting. Deleting the app may remove local data but does not cancel purchases, delete saved Photos items, or erase information held by Apple or a provider.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings, delete local data in BeBloom Settings, remove saved images in Photos, and manage purchases through Apple. A future published contact channel may be used for formal privacy requests.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures appropriate to the information. No local storage or internet transmission is completely secure. Protect your device and Apple ID, keep software updated, and avoid using sensitive or unauthorized photos.
11. Children and minors
BeBloom is currently rated 16+ and does not offer independent child accounts. If a photo includes a minor, the submitting user must have legal authority and all necessary consent. The app must not be used to create sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors.
12. International processing
AI processing, hosting, diagnostics, and platform providers may process information in other jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
13. Changes
We may update this policy for product, provider, operational, or legal changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
